Project Liberty was a proposed $2.4 billion data center by Stream Data Centers on approximately 407 acres in the Marion County Industrial Park in South Carolina. Marion County Council approved a fee-in-lieu-of-tax agreement at a Jan. 22, 2026 meeting after signing a nondisclosure agreement, drawing criticism from residents.
