The Pumpkin Technology Campus is a data center campus proposed by Houston firm Cloverleaf Infrastructure, as Piedmont DevCo LLC, and the Prather Company on approximately 420 acres along I-20 and Appling Harlem Road in Harlem, Columbia County. Concept plans depict four data center buildings, two warehouses, an office and a substation. The Columbia County Board of Commissioners approved the rezoning 4-1 in February 2026; a resident's judicial review petition was dismissed with prejudice in March 2026, and he filed a notice of appeal in April.
