An eight-building AI data center campus of about 4 million sq ft on Lancium-owned land on Abilene's north side, built by Crusoe for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and OpenAI as the flagship Stargate site. The campus targets about 1.2 GW; the first two buildings went live in September 2025 and the final building topped out in November 2025. Local officials were told in March 2026 that construction would run through early 2027.
