Frontier is Vantage Data Centers' planned 1.4 GW, 10-building, $25 billion campus on about 1,200 acres at Highways 604 and 351 in Shackelford County. OpenAI and Oracle named it a Stargate site in September 2025. The county approved a reinvestment zone and a tax abatement arrangement in July 2025, and Vantage held a groundbreaking in December 2025. As of September 2026 the buildings are still under construction.
